Privacy
TV Semaine provides a television listings guide. This page describes the data used by the app and its service.
The guide and your preferences
Favourites, settings and the guide cache stay on your device. The service supplies listings and artwork. A technical installation identity, access tokens and an access code protect the service and identify your device’s free or Pro access. They do not require your name or email address.
Technical context for support
To identify the versions affected by an issue, compatible app versions send the product model of the phone or tablet, the iOS or Android system and version, and the TV Semaine version and build number. This context is linked to the installation’s technical code and is visible only in the private administration interface. Only the latest context received is retained, until the installation is deleted. No personal device name, serial number, IMEI or advertising identifier is sent. This support context does not trigger usage statistics or crash reports and does not change your optional choices below.
Optional statistics and diagnostics
Both choices are disabled by default and can be changed separately in Settings and privacy. If enabled, the service receives usage counters or crash categories linked to a pseudonymous technical identity, along with the app version and iPhone or iPad family. It does not receive programme titles, favourites, searches, detailed crash reports or your device name. Statistics are retained for up to 90 days and crash categories for up to 30 days. Your consent choices are saved so they can be respected.
Advertising and external links
Ads displayed in the guide do not track your activity and do not use an advertising identifier. Tapping an ad or support link opens the selected website; that website’s privacy rules then apply.
Apple subscription
Apple manages payment. TV Semaine does not receive your bank card number. The service verifies Apple-signed transactions, their product, duration and link to app access. Necessary references are retained to manage restoration, expiry and refunds.
Hosting, support and your requests
The service is hosted by OVHcloud. Technical data needed for its security and operation includes connections to the service. If you email contact@tvsemaine.fr, your message and the information you choose to send are forwarded by IONOS to TV Semaine’s Gmail support inbox.
For a question or a request to access or delete your data, email contact@tvsemaine.fr. To locate technical data linked to your installation, you can include the access code shown in the app’s settings. Do not send any password.
